NERS NEWS – Faculty of Nursing is consistent in supporting UNAIR’s achievement as a world class university. Institutional cooperation should be aimed at increasing institutional benefits and image building. In addition, the implementation of cooperation activities must prioritize the principles of good university governance and equality. On November 17, 2022, at the Meeting Room, Nursing Department, Faculty Medicine, University Malaya, Malaysia, a strategic meeting agenda was held to strengthen collaborative cooperation between the two institutions. The delegation was met by Associate Prof. Dr. Chong Mei Chan, as Head of Department Nursing along with a team of lecturers from the nursing department.

In the discussion, Dr. Esti Yunitasari, as the vice dean for Research, Innovation and Community Development of Faculty of Nursing UNAIR offered several cooperation activities that can be carried out by both institutions for 2023, including Academic collaboration, Joint Research and Community development collaboration. Mrs. Ika Nur Pratiwi, S.Kep Ns., M.Kep as Faculty Ambassador, Faculty of Nursing UNAIR said, “Both parties agreed to extend the Memorandum of Agreement and it is currently in process at Malaya University”.
