Cara Alami Atasi Kulit Kering

Sering kali kita mengalami masalah kulit yang sering terjadi oleh siapa saja, baik pria maupun wanita. Salah satu contohnya, yaitu kulit kering. Kulit kering (xerosis) adalah kondisi umum dengan banyak penyebab. Kulit kering dapat menjadi gejala yang menunjukkan diagnosis yang lebih serius. Akan tetapi, dalam kebanyakan kasus, kulit kering dapat disebabkan oleh faktor lingkungan yang menghilangkan kelembaban dari kulit, kurang asupan air, vitamin E dan B2, faktor keturunan, terkena sinar matahari, serta efek samping dari obat-obatan yang kita konsumsi.

Oleh karena itu, untuk Anda yang mengalami masalah kulit kering tapi tidak mau untuk berkonsultasi ke Dokter terlebih dahulu perihal masalah kulit yang terjadi, bisa mencoba cara alami mengatasi kulit kering di bawah ini :
1. Konsumsi Air Putih
Jika Anda sering beraktivitas di ruangan ber-AC sebaiknya memperbanyak mengonsumsi air putih guna menghindari dehidrasi dan juga kulit kering.
2. Pilih Pelembab yang Tepat
Pelembab kulit dapat ditemukan dengan mudah di toko kecantikan. Apabila Anda sudah mencoba memakai pelembab tetapi masih kering cobalah berganti menggunakan produk merek lainnya. Produk pelembab yang paling direkomendasikan yaitu pelembab yang berbentuk krim.
3. Hindari Mandi Air Panas
Apabila Anda sering mandi dengan air panas. Maka, mulai sekarang hindari atau kurangi kebiasaan tersebut karena air panas dapat meluruhkan minyak alami dari sel kulit sehingga dapat mengurangi kelembaban kulit Anda.
4. Gunakan Tabir Surya
Salah satu penyebab kulit kering adalah paparan sinar matahari. Oleh sebab itu, pastikan Anda mengoleskan tabir surya dengan minimal SPF 30.
5. Masker Alpukat dan Madu
Cara membuat masker ini, yaitu dengan menghaluskan buah alpukat yang sudah matang lalu mencampurkannya dengan 1 sendok makan madu murni. Setelah tercampur rata kemudian oleskan pada wajah selama 15-30 menit. Langkah terakhir yakni membilas wajah dengan air sampai bersih. Эротические игры, которые вам понравятся
6. Masker Pisang dan Minyak Zaitun
Haluskan satu buah pisang yang sudah matang kemudian berikan 2-3 tetes minyak zaitun. Setelah tercampur rata, oleskan pada wajah Anda dan diamkan beberapa saat sampai mengering lalu bersihkan wajah dengan air.
7. Masker Tomat dan Lemon
Pertama, belah lemon menjadi dua bagian, peras satu bagian saja dan ambil airnya. Langkah selanjutnya yakni menghaluskan 2 buah tomat segar. Kemudian campurkan air perasan lemon dengan tomat yang sudah dihaluskan. Oleskan pada wajah dan biarkan selama 20 menit, barulah bilas wajah dengan air.
