The activity began with an educational session regarding medication adherence as an effort to prevent relapse among patients with mental disorders. The education was delivered using lecture methods and interactive question-and-answer sessions targeting clients with mild to moderate mental disorders at Liponsos Keputih. The material presented included the definition of medication adherence, the benefits of taking medication regularly, the consequences of non-adherence, and tips to help clients remember to take medication according to healthcare professionals’ recommendations. In addition, participants were motivated to build personal commitment in following regular treatment to maintain stable mental health conditions.
