NERS NEWS — On April 27, 2026, the Plenary Session for the 2026 New Student Cadre Development Act was held from 6:00 PM WIB until adjournment. The event was conducted with great enthusiasm and active participation from attendees, ranging from student organization representatives to members of the Faculty of Nursing Student Community of Universitas Airlangga.
This Plenary Session served as an important forum for formulating and establishing the foundation of the 2026 new student cadre development program. Various opinions, suggestions, and aspirations were actively expressed by the participants, creating a dynamic, engaging, and collaborative discussion atmosphere aimed at developing a better cadre development system.
The Chairperson of the Faculty of Nursing Student Legislative Body (BLM FKp Unair) 2026, Naswa Ayudya Sasta Wulandari, expressed her appreciation to all invited guests who attended and participated in the session. In addition, the Ex-officio Secretary-Treasurer of BLM FKp Unair, M. Zain Hisyam Al Fikri Z, reported that the forum had met the quorum requirement, allowing the Plenary Session to proceed in accordance with the applicable regulations.

The high level of enthusiasm shown by all participants reflected their strong concern for the new student cadre development process as an initial step in building character, solidarity, and leadership within the Faculty of Nursing. Through this session, it is hoped that the agreed outcomes will serve as a solid foundation for creating an educational, adaptive, and meaningful cadre development process for the 2026 new students.
