
NERS NEWS — Surabaya, 2026 — The Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga, through the SENIORA Ministry, organized Sport Together (PORTE) 2026 as a platform to develop the sports interests and talents of students at the Unair Faculty of Nursing. Held from April to August 2026, the program offered regular sports training through several branches: futsal, basketball, badminton, and Mobile Legends e-sports.
Sport Together (PORTE) 2026 is a joint sports activity open to all members of the student body at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga. This program runs on a regular, scheduled basis, serving as a channel for students to pursue their interests and talents while improving physical fitness. The activities include futsal, basketball, badminton, and Mobile Legends e-sports sessions. Each practice session begins with a prayer and warm-up, followed by the main session, and concludes with a closing prayer.
PORTE 2026 is intended for all students of the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga, and took place from April through August 2026. Futsal and basketball were held at the SOMAN Field or GOR Campus C, badminton at the Mulyorejo Multipurpose Building Badminton Court, and Mobile Legends e-sports was conducted within the Faculty of Nursing premises. Training sessions were scheduled regularly: futsal on Mondays, basketball on Tuesdays, Mobile Legends on Wednesdays, and badminton on Thursdays.
The implementation of Sport Together (PORTE) 2026 aims to promote a healthy lifestyle while developing the abilities of Faculty of Nursing students. It also serves as a means to build sportsmanship, unity, and solidarity among students, as well as providing space for them to express their sporting interests and talents. Through this program, students are expected to develop their skills and achieve accomplishments both on campus and beyond Universitas Airlangga.

In addition to regular practice, PORTE 2026 is designed to support the continuous development of student sports. The sports program managed by BEM Faculty of Nursing through the SENIORA Ministry includes regular training, friendly matches as a means of evaluating progress, and participation in various competitions. These opportunities allow students to gain experience, refine their skills, and prepare for national and international championships.
Sport Together (PORTE) 2026 aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3: Good Health and Well-Being. Regular physical activity supports healthy lifestyles, improves physical fitness, and helps maintain a balance between academic responsibilities and physical health. The program is also expected to foster a healthy and productive academic environment within the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga.
Through Sport Together (PORTE) 2026, the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga, through the SENIORA Ministry, strives to provide a space where students can maintain fitness, develop their interests and talents, and strengthen bonds of solidarity. The program is expected to continue supporting the sustainable development of student sports and encourage the growth of potential and achievements among students at the Unair Faculty of Nursing.
