NERS NEWS — On Friday, May 29, 2026, the Student Legislative Body (BLM) of the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga, conducted the Deanery Audience Meeting, which took place from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The event served as a communication and dialogue forum between students and the faculty administration to convey various aspirations and concerns collected from the Student Body of the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga.
The Deanery Audience Meeting was attended by the entire Student Body of the Faculty of Nursing, members of the deanery, lecturers, educational staff, as well as representatives from the faculty’s facilities and infrastructure division. The participation of all stakeholders reflected a shared commitment to fostering an academic environment that is open, participatory, and responsive to students’ needs.
The event began with an opening session and welcoming remarks from related parties, followed by the presentation of student aspirations that had been compiled by BLM Faculty of Nursing 2026. The issues raised covered both academic and non-academic aspects that have become concerns for students throughout their studies at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga.
The audience forum proceeded in an interactive and constructive manner. Students were given the opportunity to directly express their questions, suggestions, and expectations to the faculty representatives. The aspirations presented received responses from the deanery, lecturers, educational staff, and the facilities and infrastructure division. Through the discussions, each suggestion and concern became valuable input for future evaluation and follow-up actions.
The enthusiasm demonstrated by participants throughout the event reflected a strong commitment to the advancement of the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga. The Deanery Audience Meeting not only functioned as a platform for voicing aspirations but also served as a collaborative space where students and faculty could build more effective and sustainable communication.
Through this activity, it is hoped that the aspirations conveyed by students will be properly addressed and become part of a collective effort to create an academic environment that is increasingly comfortable, inclusive, and supportive of the development of all students within the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga.
