NERS NEWS — The Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga officially launched the 2026 Student Interaction and Orientation Program (MITOSIS 2026) as the first step in welcoming new students into the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga community.
Through MITOSIS 2026, new students were introduced to the academic environment, campus culture, and various learning systems within the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga. This orientation was designed to help students adapt to university life while gaining a better understanding of the environment in which they will pursue their education.
In addition to introducing the academic environment, MITOSIS 2026 served as a platform for instilling the core values that guide the educational journey at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga. New students were encouraged to understand the importance of collaboration, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism as essential foundations for their nursing education.
Through this series of activities, MITOSIS 2026 is expected to serve as the starting point for fostering enthusiasm for learning and professional development among new students. Equipped with the values and experiences gained during the orientation, students are expected to grow into competent, ethical, and globally competitive future nurses.
